Here at Colony Furniture Leasing, we strive to make the furniture leasing process as convenient and hassle-free as possible.

We understand that your time is valuable and therefore offer several friendly and personal ways to complete the leasing process. We do this by offering several methods of communication such as in person at our Leasing Office, via telephone communication and through email correspondence.

Our Furniture Leases are very straightforward with a minimum Lease amount of $50 per month and a minimum lease term of 3 months. We do require you to have Renter’s Insurance; however, we do offer you the option to pay a Waiver of Loss Fee in addition to your monthly rental amount in lieu of Renter’s Insurance. A refundable Security Deposit equal to one Monthly Payment will be taken at the time of Initial Payment. A copy of our complete Lease Terms may be found on our website.

Beginning our Leasing process is as simple as contacting us to request a copy of our Furniture Brochure or finding it online at our website. The next step is to complete our Individual Credit Application, which may be found online or sent to you via email. Please make sure to fill out the application completely and include a photocopy of your Driver’s License to avoid delays in processing.

Once your application has been approved, one of our Sales and Customer Service Representatives will contact you to discuss in detail which of our Furniture Collections you would like to lease. Our Representatives will then create a personalized Lease Agreement detailing the furniture being leased, the monthly payment amounts, and a copy of our complete Lease Terms. Upon our receipt of your signed Lease Agreement, we will be able to take your Initial Payment and will be able to deliver your leased furniture.
